Director
Dr. Silver joined Bridges with the Phi class and has committed to supporting all students and families in the program. Her background includes work as a writer and teaching at the higher education level.
Dean Bailey
Assistant Director for High School Success
Mr. Bailey is a graduate of the Bridges program (GHS and Furman) and specializes in supporting students in their journey of high school success. He has worked with Bridges for five years and his background includes work with DSS.
Daphnie Glenn, MeD
Assistant Director for College Success
Ms. Glenn is also a graduate of the Bridges program (RHS, USC Upstate and Columbia College) and specializes in supporting students as they prepare for and succeed in college. She has worked for Bridges for two years and her background includes work in higher education housing.

We also hire an amazing group of college students and recent college graduates to serve as live-in summer counselors to support and guide our students. Our summer 2020 counselors included: (note: Since 2020 was virtual, we used a "success coach" model that was fully virtual. This allowed us to engage young professionals as well as college students.)
